The “Pathways” brand is the result of
over
twenty
years
of
experience
in creating alternative educational models inspired by the spirit of
freedom,
individualism
and
self-development.
Our history is the evolution of an idea of learning
free
from
rigid
patterns,
bureaucracy
and
coercion
– one that
is
meant
to
inspire,
not
restrict.
Over the years, we have co-created ambitious initiatives and projects supporting
children,
young
people
and
adults.
From this experience, Pathways was born as our newest educational initiative –
modern
and
fully
adapted
to the realities of the
modern
world.
Pathways was founded on the belief that
every
student
has
their
own
rhythm,
talents
and
dreams
that
cannot
be
confined
within
the
rigid
framework
of
the
traditional
school
system.
This model is based on complete flexibility – it is the
student
who
chooses
their
own
path,
tailored to their
individual
needs,
interests
and
pace
of
development.
We offer different learning options so that everyone can create a plan consistent with their
own
lifestyle,
personal
plans
(including professional ones) and
passions.
Mission
and
Values
Unlike traditional homeschooling,
we
do
not
require
annual
classification
examinations.
This solution complies with education law thanks to Pathways' authorizations and know-how, while at the same time remaining
free
from
pressure
and
stress
that inevitably accompany compulsory examinations. Many schools offering so-called “home education” in reality limit themselves to formal enrollment, collecting subsidies, and leaving students to fend for themselves.
Students in such systems often experience
frustration,
burnout
and
feelings
of
guilt
– learning becomes a tedious obligation rather than an adventure, and as a result they
do
not
break
away
from
institutional
or
bureaucratic
problems.
Pathways
rejects
this
model.
At our school, education is freedom – not an obligation. Students develop at their own pace, learning what
truly
interests
them,
while at the same time
building
skills
needed
for
the
future.
We
understand
that
time
spent
mindlessly
studying
from
textbooks
or
attending
formulaic
lessons
is
time
wasted.
Therefore, we
support
the
development
of
genuine
passions
and practical
skills,
independence
and conscious thinking.
Philosophy
of

School
Education should be a process of
discovering
the
world,
not
memorizing
rules.
That is why at Pathways we
criticize
the
“cram,
pass,
forget”
model.
We support students in discovering reality through
experience,
independent
exploration
of
topics
and
developing
natural
curiosity.
This approach is based on the belief that true education begins when the student genuinely wants to learn.
In a world where technology makes it possible to acquire knowledge from anywhere on Earth, school should be
a
space
of
freedom,
trust
and
inspiration
–
not
control.
Pathways provides students with this space.
This allows everyone to develop their hobbies, travel, work on artistic, scientific or sports projects, while at the same time completing a full course of study.

At Pathways, education is a choice. We welcome both those who are just beginning their journey with a particular subject and those who want to improve their knowledge, as well as those who have no prior knowledge of it. Every student has the right to individuality, and learning becomes a tool for
self-fulfillment.

We are building a community that believes education should develop rather than restrict. We do not create barriers – with us
everyone
can
learn

a
free
and
inspiring

actively
developing
themselves
through individual hobbies,
passions,
interests
and
creative
ideas
for
the
future,
which
we
fully
support.
